Selling Shows and Customer Exhibits In addition to calling on their trade accounts at the respective headquarter or branch locations, the Pankow sales representatives attend many selling shows and customer exhibits that are an integral part of maintaining the close relationships they enjoy with retail and wholesale business partners. In some cases, they come face to face with store managers and assistant managers who actually place orders for products or promotions, while at other times they may be presenting the chains' retail programs directly to their ultimate customers and consumers. Still other shows are run by various industry organizations that are able to put buyers and vendors together in a productive format that is extremely beneficial because they are conducted on a decision-making level. Among the customer trade shows they frequently participate in, with or on behalf of the company's principals, are the following: Cleveland National Air Show Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference Independent drug retailers attend to find solutions for success in their competitive market.
